I had gel/faux nails for 15 years as I`ve NEVER had good nails. Always cracked and peeled. A podiatrist friend recommended this product when she saw my pitiful nails after I swore off faux nails. It took several mos. as could be expected, but I NOW HAVE NICE STRONG NAILS! I AM THRILLED!
Pros: Easy To Take Product Packet is Convenient Very Small - easy to swallow Cost Effective
Cons: Nothing

It`s not necessarily a miracle, but it does help.

I do really like this supplement and it does work. I would like to buy it at a wal-mart but the ones in my area have stopped stocking it. Why is this?
